Exercise and tone your muscles

While the jury is still out on the effectiveness of topical creams and natural remedies, exercising is a tried and tested option for you. Light exercise like a walk in the park which makes you break sweat or yoga can help you feel better about your body.

They also help tighten muscles and tone your body so that the visible appearance of stretch marks reduces. Make sure you pick something that you truly enjoy doing as well. This will give you ample motivation to be regular and stick to in the long run.

You can begin by doing it once a week and then increase the intensity as you develop strength. Remember to be kind to yourself and your body so you can heal together.

Exfoliate your skin

This helps to get rid of the dead skin cells and lets new skin cells grow at a fast pace. Make sure to rub in circular motions and target areas with the most stretch marks.
